Using the highest quality materials, advanced manufacturing technology and strict quality control and testing, including material spectrometry, dimensional checks, and assembly accuracy, Cateran turbochargers are able to withstand up to 150,000 RPM, extreme operating temperature, harsh conditions resulting in a superior turbocharger for more efficient running and increased service life.
As standard, Cateran replacement turbochargers utilize SiMo alloy turbine housing and Inco713C alloy for turbine wheels, both of which are resistant to extreme temperatures. MA246 stainless steel alloy (a superior form of stainless steel) is used for applications known to have increased exhaust temperature issues.
Cateran turbochargers feature high-quality ring seals and premium-grade bronze bearings for smooth and efficient operation.
Turbine airflow and compressor boost pressure is calibrated in Australia to OE specifications using the latest European equipment with turbine and compressor housing orientation strictly controlled to ensure perfect fitment.
Every Cateran turbocharger includes a full gasket kit with a start-up oil supply syringe and is covered by Cateran’s industry leading 3 year/100,000km warranty.
